Cleanliness hit the mark. Fresh bedding and towels every day. The location couldn't be better. A short walk puts you right in the heart of the action.
Room size leaves something to be desired, especially for two. Cramped quarters can feel tight.

Its location in Madrid was best possible, not far from Gran Via, the main street of Madrid, Gran Via, surrounded by so many stores and restaurants and the center of the city.

Clean hotel, excellent staff & great and amazing location in the very touristic downtown. Functional, clean room with extremely comfy bed. Location short walk to Gran Via, restaurants, and so many stores. About 10 minutes walk from a large urban plaza. Quite comfortable experience there.

The location was just about okay, but the air conditioning was hopelessly inadequate, and the grumpy day staff should really consider a charm school. I would have appreciated an upgrade considering the flaws, but alas, I couldn't recieve any special treatment. Definitley thought I might leave a good review, but just couldn't.

The location couldn't be better - really close to the heart of the city and a few steps far from a metro station. The room was fine and the staff was very kind and helpful.
As long it's an old building, there are no air conditioners - it could be a problem in the hottest days of summer.

This place was a solid fit for a holiday in Madrid, especially for the price. The staff was really nice and provided a hairdryer right away when I asked. Bring your own cups and kettle if you want hot drinks in your room.

Good location, near from metro station, very central.
Very simple and a little poor facilities. Very noise from the street, bad isolations.

Great staff!
Didn't bother us, but some people would be bothered by the typical Madird late night street noise.
